Our console control system is a sensing and monitoring equipment that is used in the engine control room, with modern electronics mounted. It is capable of detecting temperature, pressure, oil levels and etc. Thus allowing the operator at the central control console to monitor remotely and manipulate the entire propulsion plant.
The scanning circuits are wired with information about the operating parameters of all the critical points monitored and will sound off immediately if these are exceeded. The operator's control is extended not only by remote operation of all engine controls but also by wired-in expertise from electronic components that "know" all the right steps and procedures for all normal plant operations as well as most emergency procedures.
Our console control system has visualisation PC systems (processing units), a UPS backup control system, repeater (mini terminal), indicators (DSPs), a dead man system, printer and other electronic devices. These components are mounted into the consoles, with wirings, testings and installation done by our trained engineers. The consoles are user friendly, ensuring good ergonomic interaction with the human-machine interface. Our control consoles permit a operator the ability to sense and to control.
